Towards Ahimsa provides participants with an introduction to yoga.  Yoga allows for physical exercise, mental focus, and awareness of your own body, thus helping to align one's energy and spirit with Ahimsa.

Sivananda Yoga

Sivananda Yoga is a classical yoga practice which has remained true to its origins. The practice is based on the philosophy of Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh, India. This video provides a comprehensive introduction to yoga. 

12 Basic Yoga

This video provides viewers with a clear and easy to follow yoga practice which includes twelve common postures. 

Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar Yoga started by B.K.S. Iyengar of Pune, India focuses intensely on the subtleties of each posture.
